Hey there, I'm Mike Schwarz. I'm a Sales Engineer by trade and a Builder at heart. For over 20 years I’ve specialized in designing, building, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure as our industry has evolved from traditional data center, to cloud, to cloud native, and now AI infra. This equates to being hands-on “in the trenches” with nearly every aspect of highly available infrastructure- from the networking, compute, storage, and security to virtualization and containers, even power, cooling, and cable plant design.

Currently, I'm focused on designing and building AI products and solutions using cloud-native services. I particularly enjoy demystifying the esoteric aspects of cloud and AI infrastructure. I love introducing new tech to people and creating that a-ha moment when they finally get it. I'm constantly seeking ways to find the shortest path to that moment. To this end I will be launching a YouTube channel and a Twitter account called Esoteric Infrastructure dedicated to this goal sometime summer 2024.
